What To Expect When You Book

Step 1 (Start)

Once you’ve booked your appointment, your Drop Swap Oil tech will arrive within one hour of your selected booking time. The tech will send a text (or call) when they are en route to your location.

Step 2 (Prep)

Tech will text (or call) the customer once they arrive to grab the keys and evaluate the parking situation for the vehicle. If the vehicle isn’t parked in a location suitable for an oil change they may move it to a new location nearby.

Step 3 (Swap)

Tech completes the oil swap (and any other service requested) tops off wiper fluid (on the house), starts vehicle to cycle fluids and test levels and then notifies the customer via text or call that the vehicle is ready. Tech wipes down keys, steering wheel and any contact surfaces of vehicle with disinfectant.

Step 4 (Finish)

Customer returns to the car, signs the invoice and the work is complete!
